What is a hipper?
A hipper is essentially a charm that you can place and stick on various surfaces, and will peek over that surface! You can stick them on phones, laptops, dashboards, monitors, gaming consoles, etc. There will be a piece of double sided nano tape that allows you to apply the hipper to your device or item of choice. Limited to 2 hippers per customer!
